a Full and Summary report, in Adobe .PDF files, that will be emailed to you,
typically within 24 hrs. These will be available on a web server, password
protected, and available for up to 90
days thereafter.

Optionally, we can provide a hardcopy of
both reports. It will be mailed Priority USmail ASAP.

each of the appliances and fixtures unless the house is
fully functional.
If the home has been vacant, or
"winterized",we advise that you check with the seller or sellers realtor,

inspection.
