on, i.e. electricity, water and gas. We cannot fully test
each of the appliances and fixtures unless the house is
fully functional. If the home has been vacant, or
"winterized",
we advise that you check with the seller or sellers realtor,
to make sure that the services will be available for your
inspection. Call me for an immediate quote at

is due prior to or at the on-site
inspection.
